October Roads group page at Yahoo is rocking the kasba! Also remeber this article!

I have to say you Roadies really to ROCK THE KASBA!!! I mean there were 12 new member's yesterday at the Yahoo group page. I mean that is huge in my book, 12!! I posted over at MySpace and asked more people to join, so I'm hoping some of thoughs fan's were some of the 12. It really is the best way to get information out to all the hard working Roadies that are still in the fight for October Road. It is like I said yesterday, a life line when all you can do is check your email. We are going to be sending out our letters to ABC/Disney to arrive on the drop date of June 26th, that is next Thursday. WHO IS STILL FIGHTING FOR OCTOBER ROAD???

Well it has been days since my last entry here. I have found myself depressed, angry, and having nothing left to say about my fav. show October Road. I have tried to change that everyday. But instead I find myself silent to the empty thoughts and feelings I am having. After the first round of Letter Writing campaign I was drained and burned out. I stepped back from HN, blogging, and posting over at the OR boards.I know I'm not alone in these feelings. I know many of my Roadie Friends are probably feeling the same way. They have stayed strong! They have kept posting opinion's over at HN and sending in their letters this second round for June 17th. I forgot about the second round. I didn't get that all important email from the Yahoo group reminding me so it slipped my mind. I feel bad, but that doesn't mean I have to keep feeling bad, does it??? I am trying to break thru this wall I have hit, by blogging, posting at the OR boards, and emailing from the Yahoo group today. I hope if you haven't already seen the thread I posted over at the boards you will follow the link I provide here and read the thread. It is a kind of survey to test the waters of what everyone is thinking right now. I have had word that Deb and Jill are no longer able to be as up front in their leadership in the fight for October Road. I was hoping to get a feel for what people think about having someone else step up and take over that leadership roll. I think it is important if we are to keep fighting as a group!! HEY I'M A DORK!!! Mail won't run on Sunday's, even for OCTOBER ROAD!

So, here I am on a very beautiful Saturday morning, enjoying a much needed sleep in, when all of a sudden I wake up to realize, MAIL DOES NOT RUN ON SUNDAY'S!!! If I am to take into consideration that my local post office is always slow and running behind I have to mail my letters today, before 12 noon Pacific Standard Time!

YIKESSSS, YEEP, I BETTER GET TO TYPING.My plan is to send 5 letters to Ms. Sweeney and 5 letters to Mr. McPherson. I have two letters to do for my mother and sister. They were part of the Pay October Road Forward campaign and they are to busy to do letters themselves. I of course will be having them sign them.

So if you are like me and live in the Northern part of California you might want to consider mailing your letters for the October Road campaign, today. But if you are reading this, it is probably to late anyway, so have heart. I'm sure your post office isn't as back woods as mine and mailing your letters on the 9th will be fine for you! OK, got to rush off now! I've only got about an hour & 1/2 left to get them posted. Woooo HOOO October Road!!!Tootle Pip Everyone!

P.S. I did it! I got them all in the mail by 12:15pm PST. I sent 6 letters to Mcpherson, 5 from me and one from my sister Amy. I sent 7 letters to Ms. Sweeney, 6 were from me, and one from my sister Amy. All the letters were different. I did send two letters to each covering McPherson's quote to E-Online's Kristen. Any whoo, glad I got them out today!

All things October Road!

Well I have been busy the last few day's learning all I can learn about making the blog better and more interesting. Last night I got stuck on finding all kinds of pictures that have anything to do with October Road. I was a mad women looking at www.photobucket.com and what I had saved on my computer. I just found so many that I loved. But you see the draw back is this, I am a complete dummy when it comes to HTML codes and posting images. So I spent way to long putting pictures here on the blog for you all to see, and almost missed the cut off to post my opinion over at Hey Nielsen. I was so stress I was yelling at the computer to move faster. I can report the computer did not answer back so I have not completely lost my mind. When I came here today to post this entry I came from just finishing my other blog over at Live Journal. This is all new here so I was so happy to come here and mess around some more with the lay out of the page and such. I just now read the poll I had posted for picking what show you wanted to see next year on ABC and I forgot to list October Road as one of the options. I think I have lost my mind. But you will be happy to see I fixed that and added more pictures for you to see from the cast and show. So, I will end by saying, I'm not done yet, just like we aren't done trying to get ABC to listen to us.
